Alternative Gift Fair – Sunday, December 8 from 1-4 pm at the East Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church in Reedsville.
It’s that time of year again, Christmas–with all the hustle and bustle, decorating and, of course, shopping. Do you need a gift for someone who seems to have everything? Want a gift that isn’t going to land in a closet or be re-gifted? Come to the Alternative Gift Fair!
The fifth annual Alternative Gift Fair will be held on Sunday, Dec. 8, from 1-4 pm at the East Kishacoquillas Presbyterian Church in Reedsville. There are 16 non-profit organizations that will have displays about the wonderful work they are doing, both locally and around the world.
You make a donation to an organization, and we give you an acknowledgement card you can give as a gift. A teacher might like a gift that gives books to children. A pet lover would love a gift that rescues abandoned animals. The cook in your family would enjoy a gift that feeds the needy or home bound elderly. Gifts at the Alternative Gift Fair can change lives!
Some families make Alternative Gift Fair donations instead of exchanging other gifts. Others make a donation in thanksgiving for all the gifts they have received. Still others make gifts in memory of loved ones who have passed away.
Can’t come to the fair that Sunday? You can still participate by printing out a donation form (linked below) and mailing it in by December 15. We’ll mail your acknowledgement cards back to you! Simple, easy, and life changing!
