The children and youth of East Kish Presbyterian Church have succeeded in collecting $5000 for an Ark from Heifer International.  The children have brought money to Sunday School, created a display at the Alternative Gift Fair, collected change from adults during worship, ate together at Hoss’, and held a spaghetti dinner.  An ARK from Heifer International provide animals in pairs or trios to people around the world.

The Presbytery of Huntingdon invites each of us to create HYGIENE KITS for Church Wordl Service.  These kits are sent to any place in the world where there is a disaster.  Often, these kits are the difference in health or sickness.  To fill a HYGIENE KIT : 1 hand towel (16X28), 1 washcloth, 1 wide tooth comb (leave in the package),  1 nail clipper, 1 bath size bar of soap in wrapper, 1 toothbrush (in original package), and 6 adhesive bandage strips (Band-Aids).  Seal all items in a one-gallon zippered plastic bag.  Bring them to church and we will deliver them to the Presbytery office in late June.
